Welcome to Dogs of Downtown where we showcase our wonderful four-legged friends who live and visit the Downtown Los Angeles area.
Downtown Los Angeles is home to more than 13,000 dogs who live in lofts, apartments, houses and hotels. As Downtown continues to expand and grow, so too will the number of pets.Downtown Los Angeles is unique in that most lofts and residential buildings allow dogs - most without breed/weight restrictions. This attracts many people who own or wish to own a dog to move into the area. Couple that with the increasing number of world class restaurants, activities and nightlife and it becomes clear why Downtown is one of the most desireable and fastest growing areas in Los Angeles.
Dogs of Downtown strives to show-off our incredible diverse mix of dogs who walk the streets, play in the parks and hang out at restaurants. We hope you enjoy it!

Nelson - Brittany Spaniel
Nelson is a gorgeous 11 year old boy with a true Brittany Spaniel attraction to feathers! This guy has been know to rip up feather pillows - I've seen the photos! He is sweet as pie but you just can't stop a bird dog from going after the feathers!
Your Nelson looks and acts like a dog I had to recently give up due to divorce to Brittany Rescue named Max, same age too. I miss Max and would love to see him. ocnair@yahoo.com
